Band - Buried Alive

Buried Alive was founded in 2000 by Andreas Herzig, Toni Tzschoppe and Jens Richter in Cottbus. Toni and Jens met each other in 1999. They found out that they had the same kind of favorite music and as soon as well they started to work together. One of their first Tracks was “Nekromantika”.
Andreas was producing electronic music since the early 90..s. With his earlier project “Werk3” he had some success as support act from Haujobb and Armageddon Dildos.
One day Jens and Toni visit Andreas to show him the first demo version of Nekromantika. Andreas liked it and so Buried Alive was born. The sound mainly comes from hardware instruments. Musically they want to stay flexible. They only knew that the sound has to be electronic, dark and as individual as possible. “Nekromantika” has found its way on the first Sampler of Chris Pohl..s new founded Label “Fear Section”. The contact to Chris Pohl allowed Buried Alive to release some further tracks, like the Forever - remix for BlutEngel. In 2004 Toni finaly left the band caused of some changes in his job. So Jens and Andreas started intensively to work on the first album.
