Elegant and sophisticated composer/pianist Carlo Magni is coming from Bergamo Italy specifically for this concert at Schlot. The quintet will feature some alert music conversation powered by virtuoso saxophonist Peter Ehwald and the always dynamic and explosive rhythm section with bassist Olaf Casimir and drummer Andrea Marcelli with very special guest from Brazil great percussionist Amoy Ribas new in town. The evening will present original compositions as well as jazz standards and Magni`s allegiance to Bill Evans's lush romanticism defines‘s sound.
