Ensemble Pamplemousse presents a selection of scrumptious sounds, brand-new for this ensemble’s 2017 European tour. With a concert comprising new works by its constituent members, Pamplemousse will concoct their signature mixture of experimental theater, ordinary bodily gestures, intense instrumental complexity, and electronic interventions of all varieties. The result is guaranteed to pit zany hyperactivity against the blandest of the mundane, handmade objects alongside traditional classical instruments, and as always, the absurd dancing with the sublime.

Joining the group for an opening tidbit is Berlin-based vocalist and performer extraordinaire, Tomomi Adachi. Adachi combines his voice with his own wondrous musical inventions to create sound works between poetry and music, and will be joining some of the Pamplemoussies on a delightful smash.
