Band - Medulla

Medulla was formed in the summer of 2011 by a group of four friends and longtime musical collaborators in Austin Texas. Drawing upon a broad set of influences including modern jazz, black metal, post-rock and shoegaze, Medulla has developed an uncommon sound and approach to rock music, emphasizing odd time signatures and longform composition.

In 2014, Medulla became a full-time musical project. Since then the group has relocated to Berlin and adopted an intensive songwriting and rehearsal regimen. Looking ahead, the band anticipates great success in the European circuit and is eager to collaborate with and play alongside the best musicians in Germany and beyond.
