Band - Vermin

Groovy Florida styled Death Metal meets rather technical thrashing Riffs with Bay Area influence. Rushing midtempo parts colide with a spot of Old School Death Metal. Rounded with catchy melodies and influences beyond the metal, VERMIN is creating their own energetic, raw and ripping sound. Founded in late 2003 VERMIN startet to work on the first Songs and Shows in southern Germany untill some changes in the LineUp forced them to a short break. In 2008 they have been able to gather a new Line Up, and started to work on new, more artistic demanding Songs. Some Shows have been the kick off for what should follow in the next years:
After an succesful European Tour and a couple of Club Shows VERMIN released their first EP „Live in Austria“, which has been supported with another short Tour in Germany and Switzerland, introducing a new Bass player in their rows. After these successful Shows with Bands such as Six Feet Under, Master and Jungle Rot, VERMIN startet to work on some new Songs and the preproduction for their first full length Album, including the recording of a new EP.
The Album PARADISE was recorded, mixed and mastered by Stephan Fimmers at Aexxys Art Studios during January / February 2011. Just in time for the release of the Album, VERMIN signed a Label / Distribution Deal with Heretic Visions Productions / Twilight Distribution, which released PARADISE worldwide on March 25th.
In order to promote the Album, the Band headed off to several Club and Festival Shows with Bands such as Deicide, Graveworm and Ragnarok, as they got mostly postive reviews for their debut Album. Meanwhile the Band is working on some new Songs, as they plan many Shows and a new Album for the future, to proof their qualities one more time. No breaks, no rest! Just pure passion and the desire for even more!
